The Paella Project was founded in the hopes that everyone can experience the alfresco dining tradition that the Spaniards enjoy!  We are based in Los Angeles and serve paella from San Diego to Santa Barbara, and everywhere in between!

Founded by Adriana Morera Bailey in 2010, Paella Project was the first paella catering company in Los Angeles and remains the only female-owned paella catering company in the city.  Adriana was trained in Valencia, Spain, and has personally trained each chef who cooks paella for your events! 

The Paella Project will make any event -a wedding, engagement party, holiday, wrap party, graduation celebration, birthday party, summer BBQ, and even a casual dinner party into a fun and interactive experience.

We will come to the location of your choosing, set everything up and cook the paella right before you and your guests’ eyes! There is nothing like the experience of having this world famous dish prepared in the comfort of your own home or wherever the event may be (and don’t worry we will clean up too!).
